Sacred Seven Mother Earth Healing Ceremony

New Moon once again welcomes back Tony Barr of Ontario, Canada

Place/Venue: Lightways - 228 Gilmore Rd., Brockport, NY 14420

Description of Event: This guided ceremony draws on the power of the seven directions through fire, water, healing, ancient songs, and prayers. In this circle you release the things that no longer serve you, while manifesting your dreams, visions and goals in a joyful, safe, loving manner.

Tony’s Native American name is ‘Gentle Deer’.  Described as precious, loving, wise, powerful, a healer who aids in the connection of the soul and Spirit, a conduit of love, ceremony, and joy.  He calls on his Native American teachings and Spirit to perform these century-old ceremonies.

In a closed circle around the fire, creating sacred space, the ceremony begins with smudging and the lighting of the fire using the four traditional medicines – tobacco, cedar, sweet grass and white sage. We say prayers and invite the spirits from each of the seven directions. Experience the unity and energy as we drum and sing seven ancient songs that are over 4000 years old and share in the blessing of the woods on the sacred land of Lightways at sunset. Tony teaches us the meaning of each song which offers us what we need to live life with balance. Learn of Mother Earth’s ley lines, the life force of the planet. Receive an individual blessing from Tony. Experience renewed spiritual light. The ceremony closes with a heart to heart embrace as we bless and exchange love and peace with one another.

Outdoor fire and venue, please bring lawn chair & dress for comfort. Bring drum and rattles if you have them!! No late arrivals please.
