today i am grateful to have gotten a good nights sleep, even if it meant i slept late. i am grateful for the recommitment to my walking program and getting healthier physically. I am grateful to being intentional about having set PC hours, Brockport hours, Inspiritual hours and Sharon, Zoe and God time I am grateful for the sweet watermelon which Zoe does not think is sweet. I am grateful for the fresh produce that I am eating to help me get healthier.
