January -- Walking Home: A Pilgrimage from Humbled to Healed by Sonia Choquette
Life was falling apart. Within the space of three years, Sonia Choquette had suffered the unexpected death of two close family members, seen her marriage implode, and been let down by trusted colleagues. And sympathy was not forthcoming. “You’re a world-renowned spiritual teacher and intuitive guide,” people jeered. “How could you not have seen this coming?” Having intuitive abilities didn’t make her superhuman, however. Nor did it exempt her from being wounded or suffering the pain of loss and the consequences of our all-too-human traits such as anger, resentment, and pride—traits that can lead even the best of us to stray from our spiritual path.

February -- Somebodies and Nobodies: Robert W. Fuller presents a watershed work calling for a dignitarian movement based on reverence for the personhood of all people.

March -- Dancing with Your Dragon: The Art of Loving Your Unlovable Self:  Shaeri Richards leads you on a simple yet profound journey toward self-worth and unconditional love. Filled with playfulness, wisdom, and compassion, this book offers a plethora of practical ways to get to know yourself more completely, and to fully accept whatever you find hidden inside. The many stories, metaphors, and simple practices in this book are designed to help expand your awareness, while opening your heart to the deeper layers or your being. If you embrace what “Dancing with your Dragon” has to offer, you will learn the art of loving yourself―even when you don’t.

April -- Silence : The Power of Quiet in a World Full of Noise -- The Zen master and one of the world's most beloved teachers returns with a concise, practical guide to understanding and developing our most powerful inner resource--silence--to help us find happiness, purpose, and peace.
Many people embark on a seemingly futile search for happiness, running as if there is somewhere else to get to, when the world they live in is full of wonder. To be alive is a miracle. Beauty calls to us every day, yet we rarely are in the position to listen. To hear the call of beauty and respond to it, we need silence.
Silence shows us how to find and maintain our equanimity amid the barrage of noise. Thich Nhat Hanh guides us on a path to cultivate calm even in the most chaotic places. This gift of silence doesn't require hours upon hours of silent meditation or an existing practice of any kind. Through careful breathing and mindfulness techniques he teaches us how to become truly present in the moment, to recognize the beauty surrounding us, and to find harmony. With mindfulness comes stillness--and the silence we need to come back to ourselves and discover who we are and what we truly want, the keys to happiness and well-being.
